Perry County Memorial Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Sign Management Services Agreement

We are pleased to share that PCMH has entered into a management service agreement with St. Vincent. This new management services agreement strengthens the relationship between two health systems and supports our collaborative work to seek innovations in care, improve quality and provide greater access to the services that our patients and communities need.

The agreement does not involve the purchase of assets, and both systems will remain independent while working together with physicians, clinicians and other providers delivering care to Perry County and surrounding areas. PCMH will retain its name and brand as part of this agreement and will continue to be governed by its local Board of Directors. The hospital’s existing administrative team will remain in place and work closely with St. Vincent’s Southern Region leadership team.
