Tell City, IN – Perry County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) is proud to announce it has received a five-star rating in patient satisfaction from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in their latest Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey results.

This five-star distinction is the highest rating possible and reflects outstanding performance in areas that matter most to patients—such as communication with doctors and nurses, responsiveness of hospital staff, cleanliness, quietness, and overall experience. Among hospitals nationwide, only a select group achieves this elite status. Within a 50+ mile radius of Tell City, PCMH is the only hospital to earn this level of recognition, setting it apart for exceptional quality and compassionate care.
