RE-OPENING of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Our ICU is a 4-bed unit that allows patients who have a more severe illness
and need 24/7 monitoring. We aim for patients to stay local in Perry County
and avoid the need for transport to another facility.
Ancillary services such as Diagnostic Imaging, Respiratory Therapy and Laboratory are in house twenty-four hours a day to assist in diagnosing problems and continuing care. Social Services are on call at times to assist in the care of patients presenting to the Emergency Department as needed and telepsych services with video conferencing with trained mental health professionals are always available to assist with the acute psychiatric/behavioral health needs of the community.
