Perry County Memorial Hospital is committed to helping patients address their

Please have your hospital bill ready when making a payment online. Online payments
can be made with a credit card (must be MasterCard, Visa, or Discover)
and can be
made in any amount.

You must have a valid email address for online hospital payments and your account number, which can be found on your billing statement.
After clicking on the Make a Hospital Payment Here button below, you will be prompted to enter your email address, patient ID (account number), last name, and zip code. After the appropriate information is entered, press “pay now.”
You will then be asked to enter any other patient information, and be given the option to create an account to pay future bills online. If you prefer not to create an account, simply press “continue as guest.”
You will then be prompted to enter your payment method information. After all information is entered, press “confirm” and your bill will then be paid.

Please have your provider patient bill ready to make an online clinic payment. Account numbers are also required, which can be found on your billing statement.
The link below is to make a payment for any PCMH provider clinic. After clicking Make a PCMH Provider Clinic Payment below, you will be prompted to make a one-time payment.
Under the Make a One-Time Payment section on the left-hand side of the page, enter your QuickPay Code, Statement ID, or Access Code. Please press Where can I find my code? if you cannot find your code.
After you enter your access code, you will then be asked to enter any other patient information. You will then be prompted to enter your payment method information. After all information is entered, press “confirm” and your bill will then be paid.
You will also be given the option to create an account in the PCMH Provider Clinic Patient Portal to review your balance if you do not have your patient statement. Patients can create this account to review their medical records, medical balances, make payments, create a clinic appointment, and more.
